So long to the White Rabbit

So we got a puppy about 5 months ago.  On a whim.  A very, very bad impulsive whim.  See we had this old dog with cancer and he was dying and he slept in Little Queen's room and she was sad and lonely and was scared about who was going to sleep with her when big dog went to heaven.  Solution?  Get a her a puppy, right?

Oh my goodness, what were we thinking, worst mistake every.  This thing has GOT to go!  I'm not one for getting rid of animals because they need a little training because mostly that's the human's fault, not the animal's.  In this case however, it's a major personality issue.  He is stubborn and headstrong, and energetic, and flat-OUT just does not care about anyone but himself.  That in itself wouldn't be so bad,  Quirky and cute on a little dog is fine.  But my house has three kids, two of which aren't even in school yet, and one of which is the mischievous Little Cheshire Cat- a rambunctious 2 years old.  An older, not very active dog, and a cat that likes to be left alone.  This spastic little White Rabbit just doesn't fit in our home very well.  Sure the Weirdielanders love to play with him.  In short doses...sometimes...if they have nothing else to do.  But he really needs to go somewhere else.

Pray that he finds a good home.  We've already talked to Little Queen about it, and she understands.  Little Mad Hatter is upset.  I can't tell is she is genuinely upset, or if she is just trying to do the opposite of Little Queen for the sake of being opposite of her sister.  She doesn't really like the dog anyway.  If you know of anyone that wants a puppy, pass on the info for us!
